Clark Aiken Roll To Roll Embossing Line

1990s Clark Aiken roll to roll embosser machine we would like to sell.

Used for paperboard caliper .016 - .024 +/- 

Overall floor space approximately 75’ long x 25’ wide.

480v electric drives 40HP rewind motor and 25 HP embossing motor. 

The electrical drives are marked as Reliance and Joliet.

Machine is under power and can be viewed running.

Last production run 6,665 linear feet / hour @ 800 pounds of pressure.

Normal pressure range 800-900 pounds.

Max we can remember using was 1200 – 1400 pounds.

The gauge goes to 3000 but I think that is misleading. 

Max roll width 60” Max roll diameter 72” Core sizes 4” 10” 12”. 

Steel top embossing rolls, 16 on hand, various patterns some with bearings

 Hard rubber lower rolls, 8 on hand I can’t speak to condition of the rolls other than we have used the bottom roll in the machine and 4 of the steel rolls.

There is value in spares that can be etched to any pattern desired.
